When you submit a form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, the service you need and your message. We do not collect payment information through this website.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your service, estimate or extended warranty request, including contacting you by phone, text or email about that request, scheduling work and registering equipment warranties with the manufacturer when you ask us to.

Future contact, including text messages (optional)

If you check the optional box agreeing that Modern HVAC may contact you by phone, text message, or email about future service or maintenance, we may send maintenance reminders, seasonal tune-up reminders and service follow-ups, including by text message (SMS). We only send these future texts if you checked that box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase or service and is not required to submit a request.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide your service (for example, with an equipment manufacturer for warranty registration) or when required by law. Website forms are delivered to us by our form processor, Formsubmit (formsubmit.co), which transmits your submission to our service email.

Opting out or updating your information

To stop text messages, reply STOP to any text from us (reply HELP for help). To stop other future contact, or to ask us to update or delete your information, call 469-877-9905 or email service@modernhvacllc.com. We do not sell or share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.

Information on this website is for general purposes. Prices, availability and recommendations are confirmed on site or in a written estimate. After-hours and emergency calls carry an additional service fee, explained up front before any work begins. By using our forms, you agree to this policy.
